i'm super-pissed, it's a friday night and my freakin parents say i'm grounded and i can't go out. nothing to do, but i found my dad's secret bottle of vodka in the closet. any suggestions? oh and y are parents so stupid?!? Smart @ss comments are shunned.

Yes, I agree. My kids always told me how stupid I was when they were teenagers. I just didn't get it. But they are your parents, and you have to humor them. They are looking out for you the best way they can. If you play a game with them and show them how smart you can be and make good choices, they'll get off your back some. And remember, you will turn 18 and you can be done with it, right? For now, if you are really smart, you already know that doing anything with your dad's vodka will just get you in more trouble?

Nate Dawg you come up here saying your parents is stupid because the put you on punishment but you haven't told any of the people why your grounded. Yeah of course not because you know you were wrong and please don't call your parents stupid. well first off put the vodka back where you found it. find someway to entertain yourself. and you'll live if you dont go out today. there is always next friday. the dumb thing to do would be to get drunk and get grounded for even longer. and parents arent stupid they just care too much sometimes. just deal with it go to sleep or somethin the day will be over before you know it.

I use to get grounded alot when I was young. I really hated it but looking back I realize, they loved me and wanted to protect me. Soon you too will be a parent and be the one grounding your kid and they will be upset about it the same way your are. Be thankful that they care about your well being some parents are more then happy to ignore their kids. Don't hate them spend time with them since you are grounded anyway they would probably love that.

Just let it go. Do homework, watch TV, play videogames, and just kind of avoid them until you cool off. They're still your parents, and even though their decisions are stupid, you still have to live with them.
And leave the vodka alone. It's not going to get you anywhere but drunk, and then you'll feel worse for yourself and wallow deeper into self pity. And t'he whole fight with your parents will just go on even longer and you'll be in deeper trouble.

Parents always know what's right. You must need to be grounded for some reason, and if you were my kid you would sure not be on the computer if you were grounded. You seem like a problem child and need to seek professional help..

I can tell ya that parents are not the stupid ones...kids are for doing something that they know will get them into trouble,,,,and then when they do,the parents are the stupid ones.....so go ahead and drink your dad's vodka and get into more trouble and then you can whine about it on here again!!!
