Rico - Native Americans didn't invent gambling. Las Vegas is more known for gambling than the N.A. casinos. Native Americans brought you kayaks, birchbark canoes, toboggans, snowshoes, Lacrosse, moccasins, popcorn, many childrens games, and many famous people. Our cultures are diverse from the Inuits of Alaska to the Seminole of Florida.

The Germans brought a lot of skills, they built feed mills to grind seeds into flour, sawmills for lumber. Some built breweries and others were farmers. We all like to eat! And music, who could forget Beethoven, and Bach.

The brave, scrappy Irish seem to have been naturals as police and firemen to help make our society safer. And they run some really nice pubs too. They were also good farmers.

The French brought us art and music and Crepe suzette. Early on they were the brave voyaguers who made their way into the wilderness and helped estabish outposts.

The stalwart Norwegians came with their skills as great fishermen and rugged seagoing people and helped feed many with their catches. Without food a country cannot grow. They settled in many places and built homes, churches, schools, towns and farms.

The Scottish brought with them a conservative view of life that was needed and helped America many times. They were good at business and dedicated workers when not in business.

The Italians brought, pasta, and vino, and music and art.

Actually I think every culture I mentioned brought their own kind of music and art, just some seem to have endured better than others.

I can't possibly think of all the nations that contributed on short notice but I can easily say that every nations people who have come here have contributed something of value to our society.

We mustn't forget the native peoples who were already here, they provided much knowledge about food, and herbs to tread illnesses.
