It means that you are just hopeful. My cat Ziggy who I had for four years - rescued her as a kitten - went missing suddenly one day - I leafleted for a 2 mile radius, contacted all the vets in the whole city - put a £200 reward out, had a news item in the paper and even checked with the council to see if she had been scraped off the road but nothing. I was in bits for a very long time and dreamt about her a lot but I never gave up hope. I had a call a month ago from an old lady claiming she had seen my cat - I figured she just had one of the old leaflets and had seen a random black cat but she got my number off the collar - she had found my cat after FOUR YEARS of being missing!!! She had been living rough all that time and survived. She's now back home and very happy - so don't ever give up hope - I had my dreams answered albeit after a very long time.

Wow these are Very vivid dreams ... Re-occurring dreams usually do have meanings they are our subconscious way of saying HEY something is going on here... For example plane crashes could means a loss of control in some area of your life , that you are experiencing or about to, and maybe you need to get a handle on that so you don't crash and burn..(no pun intended).. Or it could mean a difficult situation approaching that you will need to be prepared for, so that you can handle it , and not loose control.. If this isn't the case have you thought maybe a vision, have you had any psychic dreams before>? De ja vu's Etc... maybe you should intercede for the people on the plane, Don't know if you believe in this but pray , that everyone will come out safely! Just some food for thought! Sweet dreams.

Oh dear, I'm afraid not. It just means you are both sad at losing him and thinking about him a lot.
I am so sorry to say this but your little guy is almost certainly not alive. It can be so hard to accept this I know. When mine disappeared I kept the poster up at the vet's for 2 years, increasing the reward amount every so often and complaining every time they tried to sell me only enough worm pills for my other 3 cats. Finally they refused to have the poster any more. Once you have really given up hope of him returning the dreams will become less frequent but you still may get one from time to time, it is your love and regret coming to the surface of your sleeping minds.
I am so sorry for your loss.

I think it means that you are missing your cat terribly and that's what you hope for deep down. I interpret the mouse as a symbol of the cat's vitality... in other words you are hoping that your cat comes back strong and healthy!!! I hope your dreams comes true!

It could be that you just miss him. I had a cat that turned up missing and I would have dreams about him for about a year afterwards but I know I was just missing him

They just show that you long to get your cat back.
When I was 16 I often dreamed that my broken to bits motorbike was up and running...It never got repaired.

you are obviously anxious about your cat. I hope you find him or her, have your cat chipped next time. I know this is not going to get best answer, but I really feel for you, its like loosing a child: not to trivialise losing a child

awww you are just missing him terribly. I hope he comes back safe and sound. Hopefully what your dreams mean is that he is still alive and catching mice.
