Sugarloaf is the name of a mountain in a "town" in Maine called "Carrabassett Valley". The ski resort on the mountain is called Sugarloaf, USA. The mailing address of the resort is:

Sugarloaf/USA
5092 Access Road
Carrabassett Valley, ME 04947

So it is not a real town. If it was, the town in the address would be Sugarloaf, not Carrabassett Valley.

Hope that helps.
