I think George Bush is a Machiavellian. At least Karl Rove is.
Wiccans believe in a doctrine like Karma: the good or bad that you do will return to you threefold.

Bush? the president?
Wiccan...definately not.
as for explaining the religion to you. it is an earth based Pagan religion that believes in the worship of at least 2 gods, and the use of ritual magic (spelled Magick by some to differentiate it from street magic or slight of hand tricks)
the threefold law is one of their most strictly followed and most popular (thanks to hollywood) beliefs and it states.
"whatever you put out will come back to you by 3"
coupled with the Wiccan reede. which is actually a very long statement but can be summed up in it's last line.
"As it harm none, Do what Ye will"
these 2 very simple beliefs go together to make a religion that is peace loving and made of mostly honest people.

Wicca is a mystery religion meaning you must be innitiated into a coven to be considered a truly "Wiccan" otherwise you are a neo wiccan. Similar to christianity, you must be initiated. Wicca recognizes a god and a goddess. Its an earth religion. We seek to be intune with the earth and her cycles. We believe in the the threefold law, everything comes back times three, meaning, that wiccans put a lot of thought into everything they do and it is just not intelligent to do anything negative. Bush claims he speaks to god, that "the Father tells me what to do". He is not Wiccan, in the slightest

No. Wicca is a religion centered around multiple gods... very peaceful religion given a bad rep by hateful, ignorant bigots. Also very new and favored by edgy teens who soon leave when they realize it's a serious religion and you can't use magic to make your breasts bigger or kill people.
No, George Bush isn't a Wiccan. I'd explain more, but I have to run. I'm an eclectic Pagan, I'm sure a Wiccan will tell you more.

Wicca is a contemporary spiritual religion, based on and reviving the ancient pre-Christian pagan religions of Europe. Wiccans believe in a divine force or power as the source of all. It is both immanent and transcendent while encompassing the whole universe. Therefore the world and all aspects within the world, "nature" and "life itself" in particular, are considered sacred.

Wicca is the practice of witchcraft whether it is black or white, good or bad, I really do not know, but, that is what I believe Wicca's belief really is. President George Bush is a fundamentalist Christian believer, and he is a very bad practicing the christian faith right now with the war in Iraq.

Belief in witchcraft.
Galations 19-21
19The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;
20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions
21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
