I liken it to be similar to "Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it."
Saying something like "I will always do it this way," or "I will never do it this way," implies that you will not change under any circumstances. However, you don't KNOW all the circumstances at the moment, and there may be a time when you will have to "eat your words," and actually change your way of thinking. In other words, you may have to do the opposite of what you swore you would do, or what you swore you wouldn't do.
Always is "forever." Can you be certain that you'll "always" ???
Never is "not ever." Can you be certain that you'll "never" ???
So, remembering to not use those two words (always and never) will likely keep you from a lot of trouble, moreso than you could find yourself in by saying them and then having to change your mind at a later date.

these 2 words imply an undefined amount of time. Such as " I will always love you" And " I will never love again". Simply put, Don't ever forget to remember to not use these words ever again, because always is indefinite and so is never. You don't know what will happen in the future, there for can you say I will ALWAYS......... or I will NEVER......... The future is uncertain, therefore always and never should not be used.

The words when used in statements imply that the statements are factual when in general the statements using these words are opinions.
The words also imply limitation.
These kinds of statements can be negative in general, and give energy to a limited existence.

It's a paradoxical statement, either to demonstrate its truth by its very paradox, or to demonstrate the irony in attempting abstinence from two such useful (though often sweepingly fallacious) words... Cute!

"always" -- nothing is forever.
"never" -- for some reason use of this word causes one to commit the act one has said never for.

It's a linguistic paradox. It's like the term, "All generalizations are false."
