Before going to bed, i take a nice long shower and finish off with deoderant, and lotion to keep skin hydrated. Before school in the morning, i shower again (i like to keep very clean) but about 40 minutes later I am on the train, and people try to get away from me. I cant smell it, but others can, IT IS HORRIBLE. I get very sad, when people will get of the train to escape the odor. My clothing are laundered every day, and i spray a gentle amount of cologne. But this smell follows me around. It is ruining me socially, and i am growing mentally sick. I am only 15 years old, so im sure many can imagine, how much this hurts me. In school, it is 7 hours of hell. Please post some advice, a doctor is not an option.

Honey, go see your doctor, you may have a generalized infection. Odor is produced by bacteria and since you are taking such great pains to stay clean, it could be internal. Also go to your pharmacy and pick up apple cidar vinegar tablets. Take two in the morning and two at night every single day. The vinegar will balance your pH in your system and before long the odor should vanish.

Use sure deodorant, try to shave a lot with skintemete shave gel works good. If you have your period make sure to shower A LOT and put on the pads with like the scent or that stops the odor from coming out. Wash your back really good, behind your ears and use a good shampoo. also don't ever wear the same clothes more than twice(that is after you have showered) and that's all I can think of right now. Oh! and wash your neck, scrub it with soap really hard. wash your chest area really well especially under the breasts(women sweat a lot in that particular area) shoulders too, that's it glad I could help! If you still smell after all this try to seek some better advice than this. And just a quick tip, try using sure deodorant don't ever use SECRET it sucks!!! that's it bye!!

Sometimes the odder isn’t necessarily coming from you…Let me explain.

The scent of your environment transfers onto your skin and clothing. Your environment… (Home) has a scent you can not smell. Why? Because you live there, you are accustomed to the scent. By chance do you have any animals? Maybe you parents smoke?

The only thing I can suggest is keep doing what you are doing. Try different colognes and deodorants. Keep your room as clean as possible, and leave your window open allowing fresh air in. But since winter is here, just use air fresheners

I hope this helps! Good luck!

Your pores are the body's single largest release mode of toxins. Have you been checked for diabetes first of all? If that is not the issue, then I would see a holistic nutritionist to get a comprehensive body cleanse. Do you eat healthy foods? If not, then your body may be attempting to expel what toxins that have formed as a result of stress and bad nutrition. While you are detoxing, get a stiff body brush from a health food store, or Bath & Body Works. Brush your skin toward the heart twice daily to exfoliate. It hurts a bit at first, but keep at it, it's wonderful for your skin & body. Try to get into a sauna or steam bath twice a week to release toxins. And by all means, plenty of water, at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces every day!

It might be your deorderant it might be having problems with the balance of your body(for just the same reason that you leave perfume on for half-an-hour before buying it. The smell counteracts with your body's balance((of what I'm not sure but it works)). It might be the lotion. is it expiered? Perhaps it's the soap used with your clothes. Also the perfume(ie body balance blurb). You might have to go to a doctor. I noticed you said that that was not an option but it might be the only option at this point. I am 15 too this is a hard time for this kind of thing to be happening.(trust me I know)

Have you talked to your parents about this? I would have someone who can drive take you to a doctor. I know you said that a doctor isn't an option, if the problem is money, go to the health department. They can see you for free. There is probably a medical explanation. Maybe your body is having an allergic reaction to something from your environment. I would strongly consider seeing a doctor. Maybe you can talk to your school counselor & talk about your problem & maybe your school can help; confindentionally of course. Good luck!

Maybe you need to take more showers than once a day. If that does not work try fragrance free soap aveen do sells it it works for me. Or try baby powder it helps from sweat and it should keep you cool. If this don't work see a doctor. A doctor is an option.
