Im on a diet and my sister gave me some of these. I have listened. Do these really work?

until you are mentally ready to lose weight you won't those tapes help the people who are selling them. make your own and you will come out cheaper and if you are your biggest supporter, you can't fail

I have the same problem with getting motivated to exercise, working 2 full time jobs and all, but the thing that's helped me the most is having a friend call or come over and working out together, that way you get the support you need and a little push in the right direction when you know you need to work out but just don't quite have the want to. Moral Support Goes A Long Ways!
