I dont know just call different places over there and find out where it is cheapest. But cheapest is not always the best make sure it is good jewelery so it won't get infected. I have my eyebrow pierced, my friend did it for me and i wish i would have got it done proffesionally. Be careful, make sure they are clean when they do it to.
