Try Cheap Petes: http://cheappetes.com/
After all, cheap is a part of their name.
My family likes to go to Michaels for our arts & crafts needs, including picture frames. There's usually a 40% off coupon in the Sunday paper.

depends on how cheap, ones from the dollar store look cheap, target and michaels esp if u catch a sale has nicer ones that are pretty cheap. If you want nicer framers at sale prices try j maxx, ross or marshalls

The Dollar Store, if not Family Dollar. Walmart has some nice ones for about $2.00-4.00.
