There is no magic formula. Try and find out as much about her as possible. The more you learn, the better your advantage. Try and appear where she is at least once a day, but for short periods of time only. Always look your nicest and be on your best behavior. During these times pretend you are not noticing her and never let her catch you looking. Have a plan...you want to look good in these situations and give off positive karma. Women are attracted to strength and silence.
Flirt with her in the manner I've just described.
If you do a good job, she will be rewarded.

Don't act like a love sick wuz! Just smile, say hello and walk away. The less interest you show, the more interested she will become. If she gives you her phone number, tell her you will phone as soon as you get some time. And when you do, talk for a minute and tell her you have to go. Keep her guessing. She will become more and more interested if you play hard to get.

Just go around her talk to her and if you know when her birthday is buy her something,something she likes or jewlery,clothes,or shoes but I Would Say JEWLERY!
