Good quality water is the best thing to drink. As for tea, black, white or green teas have antioxidants which are good for you. Herbal teas are good if you do not want caffeine and there is a big variety of all kinds including fruit flavors. I love trying all kinds of different teas and I never get tired of drinking them. I usually sweeten with honey or stevia. Everyone really should stay away from refined sugar. I don't think it is good for anyone.

If you are looking for a pick me up or something to give you a little extra boost during the day, then look into Advanced Cell Therapy energy drink. You can order it in the UK and have it delivered. I drink it in the morning and after lunch. I don't drink sodas, coffee, or tea any more. I have no need for the caffiene.

You'll find some drinks called "squash". (This is a brand name as well) These are basically concentrated liquids that you add water to. I like Robinsons --Summer Fruits. They have lots of brands and kinds. You have to try and see what you like. I'm American but living in the UK too. I found it hard but I live on these concentrates and good old Coca Cola! (If I can help with any other UK/American equivalents feel free to email me!)
Happy drinking!

I drink a lot of tea, but I have different kinds depending on what mood I'm in, so it doesn't really seem like I'm drinking the same thing all the time. Chai (spiced) tea is really good, and if you want variation, have black tea sometimes and green tea sometimes - green tea is much less strong.

Depends if You want to stay with caffeine or not. For a caffeine free hot drink,A Friend recommended a dessertspoon of blackstrap molasses in a mug with boiled water-All my life I've been drinking tea and coffee with milk and never considered them without..the Molasses drink has body, has sweetness but isn't overly so,NO caffeine, and has plenty iron and stuff in that's good..Also,I read of a study on Decaf-It still has around 10% of the caffeine of regular coffee!

This is my daily drinking regime. 1 coffee, 3 litres of water. If it's the weekend or something is happening in the evening, add varying quantities of wine/beer/spirits. Tea is good also.

Water.. Water... Water.. I keep how many people don't like water.. It is the best thing for your body and skin.. If you have a hard time with water drink juice. I love Ocean spray Concord Grape. Vitamin Water is really good too.. It has a hint of flavor.

I like to drink flavored seltzer. Like those polar kinds... They have 0 calories or cancer causing sugar substitutes, no sweetener at all but they are nice and bubbly and the pomegranate and black cherry are quite good.
Also unsweetened iced tea with a lil lemon is good.
