The following REALLY works!! Please try it!
My son used to get colds and the flu almost constantly, but now almost never, and when he does, this eliminates it almost immediately! The Flu does take a little longer than a cold to eliminate but if you catch it early, it will prevent it!

Cold & Flu Treatment

Ingredients:
· Approx 3 heaping tablespoons of dried (but high quality) oregano
Suggested: organic or name-brand oregano such as McCormick
· Echinacea tea or extract
· Ginger Tea (or paper-thin ginger slices)
· Golden Seal Tea

Preparation:
1. Use a tea strainer or tea-ball
2. Fill it with the oregano
3. Add as many of the other ingredients as you can from the list above
4. Boil/Brew the combination tea for approx 8 min, till dark
(approx. ½ as dark as black coffee)
5. Remove the tea ingredients
6. Mix in milk & sugar or lemon & honey to taste
7. Drink hot

Dosage & Duration
Dosage: approx 2 cups, 3x daily
Duration: Colds (2 days should be enough)
Flu: as needed, but not more than 4 days

Notes:
Please attempt to take the preparation until the infection is gone, as the results may be inconclusive otherwise.
The tea is not recommended for long-term use, as bacteria may develop a tolerance to it, much as they would to an antibiotic.
Please be certain to obtain enough rest.
You are certainly welcome to inquire with a medical professional, but the doctors that I spoke with indicated that the ingredients are completely harmless.

For Sinus Congestion:
Obtain a saline spray from any large supermarket or drug store. About $4.
Spray into each nostril while inhaling 2x (close-off other nostril).
Repeat every 2 hours, as needed.

PS: I have nothing to gain but your joy, relief, and satisfaction...
Yes, those ARE important to me! Please try it.

I'm just getting over the flu myself. I was using the honey and lemon drink. A cup of hot water with a big spoon full of honey and a generous squeezing of fresh lemon. The hot drink decongests you, the honeys for your throat and the lemon is very good for fighting colds and flu.
Hope your better soon x

Drink a hot toddy: hot tea with a shot of whiskey, lemon and honey. Then get under the covers and sweat it out. Other foods that help are hot chili, chicken soup, and lots of liquids. Theraflu helps to alleviate the symptoms. Most important of all: rest; lots of it. Hope this helps.
