a. Landlords shouldn't rent to them to begin with.
b. If a landlord gets an application, does a background check, and finds out that the person applying is an illegal immigrant, (s)he should report the illegal. It’s being a good American. ;)

In order to report someone proof must be had of their immigration status which is not required to rent a place of residence. Besides, even if such were the case, since there are quite a few thousands of illegal immigrants all in a single city, the enforcement is a mute point. It could never be enforced, not to mention all money lost to lawsuits for fraudulent reports and erroneous arrests.
Yeah, it is like that. It is best to simply leave it alone.

Absolutely yes. I know a bunch of illegal alien loving retards would disagree, but they can go live in Mexico if they don't love this country enough to speak out against illegal immigration or border security. Our population is reaching 300 million this month. A large percentage of this growth can be attributed to illegal immigration and the average 6.5 kids each illegal family brings into the world at the expense of US tax paying citizens. Any landlord who allows 4 or more families to live on his property should be sent to jail. I feel sorry for illegal aliens, just as they want me to, but I refuse to support them or turn a blind eye to their crime. Anyone who does should be punished financially and criminally as an accessory to the criminal act of illegally entering our country. Landlords have a legal obligation to adhere to fair housing laws and a moral obligation not to allow overcrowding or contribute to the decline of our country by ignoring illegal immigration.

WASHINGTON (AP) - each and every former U.S. drug enforcement administrator is observing the Obama administration to come back out against California's marijuana legalization attempt with an identical tension it delivered against Arizona's unlawful immigration crackdown. An Aug. 24 letter to lawyer wide-unfold Eric Holder from all 9 former DEA directors will improve questions approximately whilst the administration could wade into debates over state rules. in the previous Arizona Gov. Obama's drug czar has suggested he opposes California's Proposition 19, which might make the state the 1st to legalize leisure use of marijuana. that's purely the Obama way desire and alter

There should be a law that if they know their illegals and don't report it,their property is confiscated like in drug busts and the funds placed in a fund for citizens who are victims of illegal aliens!

They shouldn't be renting to the illegals aliens in the first place. They would be just as guilty of breaking the law.

no. for one you can not be prosecuted for renting your own property...no matter what their legal status is. second, from renting out property of my own...illegals are some of the best tennants. ie. they fix their own problems with items,,,such as linky sinks, broken fixtures and so on. another reason is that for the most part they pay in cash....which is a benefit for anyone. in closing...only report illegal aliens..or anyone for that matter...if they are breaking laws that directly or indirectly cause harm to another. ie. drug dealer, bank robbers, or serial killers.
