There is no alcohol for consumption that's is a higher proof than PGA (Pure Grain Alcohol) such as Everclear. It's 190 proof or 95% alcohol...NOT to be drunk straight. Without special processing and storage, alcohol as a pure substance cannot exist any stronger than 96.5% becaus it will absorb water out of the air.
