long hair on guys can look really good... but keep it clean and healthy looking. one of my guy friends does simple pony tails but the hair looks really nice. suggestion.. dont do layers you'll look like a girl and dont grow a beard ..to cave manish(if that's a word!!) anyways good luck

Well, if it's all one length, get layers in your hair.
This will make it much easier to style.
Try looking around for hair cuts for guys with long hair.
Depending on your style, you can get a great look with that length. You might have to cut it up a tad shorter. Right now it's probably too heavy to really work with since it's so long. You get can get parts of the top cut short, then spike them while having the rest in layers. Kinda hard to picture though. lol.
Well just ask around at salons. They should have some styling tips too!

It's all simply a matter of personal preference. I actually have short hair and guys like it. And i prefer a man with short hair over a person with long hair because long curly hair tends to make guys look also girly.

Go to a barber/salon and have them give you a short, updated hair cut. Most men don't wear their hair long any more (at least not in my part of the country) and most women don't like it. When you get all the length cut off, why don't you have the stylist cut off the majority of at once (like cutting off a ponytail) so that you can donate your hair to an organization that makes wigs for people with cancer. You'll look better and you'll feel better for doing a good deed.

Haha wow, thats some long hair!
I would suggest doing braiding, if you want to be able to change your styles back and forth, and dreads if you dont mind having the same style for a long time (dreads also allow for a lot of creativity, I know people who dread beads and stuff into their hair).
If youre finding it hard to keep up, a cut would probably be best.

Many Polynesian men with long hair secure it up in a knot (like a bun).
Talk to some biker men--many of them have very long hair and know different ways to put it up and out of the way for riding in all sorts of weather and when working on the engines.
If you like it long, keep it long. Ignore suggestions to cut it.

I'm not sure what you are looking for. Braids and dreadlocks are really all I can think of for a guy with long hair. Perhaps you should consider getting it cut a little shorter, and styled.

There's not a huge amount you can do without it looking like a girly style. Maybe a plait? I can't imagine pig tails would suit you!
