I will allow my daughter to date once she has a license, and birth control. Hopefully she won't need the latter, because hopefully I instill good values within her BUT I was a teen mother and won't set my child up for disaster. She is 7 now and there is a cute little boy at her school that coos over her. She calls him her "boyfriend" but in the same sentence says he isn't really her boyfriend because he is to little for a job and she is too young to have a boyfriend. I think it's cute.

16. I think at that age girls start getting a little more intelligent and can handle situations a little better. Of course that won't stop early sex and pregnacy but at least that age is more open to seeking advice.

well i think 16 is a good age but it's not like that the best age is that you will feel ready , you'll have a crush and you'll want to have a relationship with this boy!!!!! it's all about how you feel!
