letter from me thursday. He sees my everyday at school why hasnt he responed. I have tried calling him but he has blocked my number. But i know he still likes me cause ppl have came up to me sayn i am all he talks about Can you help me please????

If he still likes you, he'll probably give in to your persistence.
However, since you've dumped him TWICE, and he's BLOCKED YOUR NUMBER, perhaps you should leave him alone. It sounds to me like you don't know what you want and he, for one, is sick of it.
I'll be he'll find someone, if you let him, that likes him and knows it. And won't break up with him as often as she changes shoes ;-).

I think the biggest clue to how he feels about you is that he has BLOCKED YOUR NUMBER - take the hint and do not demean yourself further.
