Should be ashamed to admit this, but i ate cat food when i was a baby. my parents told me they use to catch me eating the cheese bits out of the cats bowl.

I have not had the canned food, but I did eat a Jerky Treat one time. It was actually pretty good and was done on a dare.

my father in law accidentially ate some that was on a plate in the fridge & wasn't marked. he made a sandwich with it & ate most of it before he realized that it was dog food. he said it was good

I don't think anyone has eaten it on purpose (or knowing it is dog food)
But it's OK to be eaten - it won't harm you

Not the canned kind (that would be gross). I have eaten dog biscuits and liked them. All they are is cereal, really.
