The natural cosmetic company Lush sells a moisturiser called Imperialis which has rose and lavender to balance out your skin - oily bits dry out a bit and dry bits get moisturised. I have sensitive skin, eczema and am prone to spots. It is the best moisturiser I've found and doesn't make my skin react. And it's only £8.25.
They also do a really good cleansing bar called Fresh Farmacy for £6.20. Again, non-reactive, natural ingredients and great at controlling spots.
And you can go to the high-street shop (where they give great advice on skincare) and shop on-line.

It's worth a look.
Hope this helps!

Hi i have combination skin and where it is oily i get spot especially at the time of the month, and nothing shifts them. But i have recently been using Neutrogena Clean and Clear 2 in 1 mask and this has seem to of helped other spots from forming and you can use it as a mask once a week. I also use clean and clear moisturiser. But unless you get rid of the oily ness your spots will keep appearing. Exfpoliate ince a week also.

If they are blemishes or red marks take a bath with oatmeal. But don't just pour a bunch of oatmeal in. You have to take about a cup or a little more of rolled oats and ground them up to almost a powder. You can use a food processer or put it in a cup and cruch it with something. Then add it to warm to hot water in the bathtub and soak for 20- 25 minutes. It works for me and is quite relaxing so i hope it helps you.

Depend how old are you, if you are teenager or early 20s, it is hormonal. It is much more difficult to eradicate but you can reduce fatty food and sugar intake. Clean you face regularly.
