"toeing out" is the usual correct term though easty westy is occasionally used too... cow hocked referes to only the hind legs and more to the hock area than the feet (i don't like the term since COWS are rarely cow hocked) It's usually an inherited "beauty" fault - means he has no prayer of winning Westminster SPLAYED feet refere to a foot that doesn't have a good arch to the toes and they are not held togher neetly but splay out
