Living condotions, no. There are regulations about resting times in relation to hours flown, alcohol persentage in the blood (0.04%) and time between drinking and flying(8 hours). You will also find regulations on medicine that can impair ones ability to fly, and procedures to be taken when taking prescription medicine for determening if one can fly.
Living conditions are up to the crew themself.

Not that I recall seeing. In the Air Force we are given 12 hours crew rest, with 8 hours of that for uninterupted rest/sleep.
