Aceteminophen is dangerous when the dose exceeds the recommended dose or when taken with alcohol. I usually took ibuprofen, just because tylenol never seemed to help me anyway. You should always check with your doctor, because everyone has individual variations in their medical history. For example, if you have cirrhosis or are in end stage liver disease, you must be extremely careful about what you ingest (medicines or even food). Best practice is to always check with your doctor. Best wishes to you.

Check with your doctor. I would stay away from tylenol (acetaminophen) though because even though it is safe for healthy people when taken as directed, it can be hard on your liver if you have liver disease (like hep c).

I would consult with your dr. first. Some meds are really hard on your liver and your kidneys.

You can pretty much take anything. Check with your doctor first just to be sure.
