You're looking at this all wrong.
You're not needing a diet here, or a pill. You need a whole new lifestyle.
Your body needs to have a balance between the fuel it takes in (food, measured in calories) and work (exercise). If you don't burn what you take in, your body stores the extra fuel in your fat cells.
Over time, you gain more and more fat cells, and the ones you do have get trained to get bigger and bigger.
The only way to do this "right" is to increase the amount of fuel you burn thru exercise, and decrease the amount of fuel you're taking in (lower calories, carbs). For instance, did you know that one carton of fries has enough calories to equal one hour of a killer workout , like one hour of hard running? Wouldn't it be better to substitute those fries with, say, a salad, fruit, chili, etc?
What diet pills do is one of the following: increase the amount of fuel you burn (ie, caffine effect), decrease your appetite, or make you cr*p more. There is no magic beyond that. In time, you'll have to take more and more of that pill just to stay where you are, as your body compensates. Then, you will REALLY have trouble keeping yourself fit and trim and beautiful, etc

Pills dont do anything
if they do, its only short term and in the long term they will cause you diseases and problems and in the long run maybe shorten ur life
just throw the pills away and go excersize. apart from losing weight, there are uncountable benefits to healthy excersize
