If it's 65% or more vegetable oil. It will seperate when you melt it and the solids could affect the texture if it's less than that. If it is, then by all means, yes! They'll be yummy.

If anything, the margarine will give your brownies a richer taste! I think you just use the same amount as the veggie oil.

I have found that applesauce makes a better substitute. just measure the same amount that you would use for oil. The brownie doesn't taste different but does stay moist longer.

Yes you can, my Mother always uses two sticks of margarine to make her cakes and her cakes always come out moist and delicious

try apple sauce or use a healthier vegetable oil like olive oil its so much better for you or the one that is made by plants
