You can only INGEST IT for better hair/nail growth - it also improves acne problems. You can apply it to your acne / pimple cause its a light acid and won't really burn - unless your skin is super sensitive. (I like using it ) Side effects: some people experience darker eye circles but it varies from person to person. For hair: It is an acid. Would you put acid in your hair? It won't make it shine for a long time for sure - it may even end up dulling your hair after a while (because it burns the outer layer of hair cells from your hair making it *rougher* and thus duller) Look up the image of a strand of hair in cell form, and you'll realize that the smoother the cells are aligned the better they look!

The best product I think that is good for your skin is coco butter. The real coco butter cream.
