whta are the best pads to use when on period?

When ever I've tried any other kind other than my usuall, I'm very disapointed. So I learned to always stick with "ALWAYS"
I like the ALWAYs super with wings. And when I'm not on my period I use the pantiliners for freshness.

I guess it would depend on your flow and if you want it scented or unscented, wings or no wings.

If I have to use pads, I prefer wings though, it holds it in place

I would suggest tampons for day use and only wear a pad at night or if you don't plan on moving a lot. Pads leak and I doubt you want to deal with the mess and embarrassment.

The new Always pads with the wipes attached if you need 'em. They aren't big and bulky (ultra thins). They have wings, too so they prevent leaks, which can be embarassing. Ultra thins are, well, thinner that maxis, which can be huge, but offer the same protection without leaks.

Always, Ultra thins with wings, I get the overnights even if my flow is light, I feel cleaner that way.
I usually use tampax tampons though.

it depends on whether your flow is heavy or light.
i would never go for the really thin ones because you will never know when you have a leak.(which is totally embarrasing) try asking a close friend or go to a grocery store and look at the different brands.

i use always...it has the little wet wipe on the packet for if u need it... and yeah wings are good to have so that there are no leakages!! and yeah thats about it. and dont forget to change em lol
