I know what you mean. There is no need for vulgar talking or nasty questions and or answers. It's stupid and ridiculous. Sure, voice your opinion but in a decent manner.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by inappropriate questions, but personally, as long as people are asking questions in the proper sections and whatnot, then there should be no problem. If parents are that concerned about what their kids see, then they can monitor their web surfing.
I will also offer an apology, because I'm sure this is not the answer you wanted to get, but when you start hindering what people can say due to morality, you tend to run into problems (mainly because morality is such a subjective area--one really can't expect everyone to conform to his or her views on what is appropriate). Plus, it is my belief that message boards and similar sites are much more enjoyable when you don't have moderators lurking through the forums calling people out for this and that.
I will also add one more thing, and it is about Internet trolls: The amount of time they spend on your site is directly proportionate to the amount of attention you give to them.

OK I like my "freedom" while it still lasts , what makes you think that we can or even should try to control others that have free will too? isn't the constitution under attack enough? you need to fight this battle the same way we are to fight all of our battles. Pray for the people, I am sure that the kids hear and see much worse on the radio and T.V. I really do not see anyone get too out of control with their questions anyway and if they offend you just don't answer them. Its easy for us to keep asking for the freedom of speech and the freedom of religion as our constitution gives us rights for, so why try to do anyway with the rights of others?

Ive seen much worse on some general chat sites. For instance Lycos chat rooms which are for people of all ages. In the "Hold" room they have a Shipsrat Character which is computer generated but it send sends messages out to people as you enter and you should see some of the stuff it comes out with, much worse than anything Ive seen on here. Lycos is monitored too.

Why is it that people let answer or questions from unseen people offend them so much? If you don't like the question just don't answer it. If you don't like the answers you receive then stop asking. This is a public forum, and as far as I know we still have freedom of speech. It is after all only opinions. No one here is setting into motion laws or forcing you to choose anything that is contrary to what you believe.

Life can be inappropriate so I think you need to get over it. I am surprised at how many kids are on here as well & I dont think they should be!! But, as so many people have said, this is an adult forum & free speach is one of the great liberties of Westen society.
I dont belive in protecting kids from life or different ideas. Open your mind little Christian girl!!

Proverbs 12:23 The wise don’t make a show of their knowledge, but fools broadcast their foolishness.
We can not control the foolish.
We don't have to answer them. We can report them (when appropriate). We always have options!
((I'm not talking about those that are respectful and asking questions.)) Those are not foolish, they seek knowledge. That is a good thing :o)

Inappropriate language of subject matter is not only an issue for Christians, it's for everyone.
I do sympathies with your sentiments - but freedom of speech is equally important.
People of good character (Christian or not) know the difference between good and bad and need to be able to censor their own lives. But rigid censorship is never good for society.
God bless you too dear.

Just ignore the questions that you find inappropriate! Jeez! You better not leave your house or turn on the news or go on the internet ever again, since you're sooo sensitive!
Grow a thicker skin and get over it.

How does one prevent them from typing inappropriate things here.
2. What is inappropriate for one, may be very appropriate to another. Who's right?
