I've seen polite people from both religions, you can't compare like that. That's just spreading hatred.
Both are followers of One God. You should try to unite people and not divide them. And God is a better judge of righteous people.

Both Religions have their great teachings that guide people to good manners...but again dont judge a Religion by its followers, a mistake we do all the time.
