Should I give it to some chinese people and let them take care of the evil cat.

how can you think of such a terrible thing. If you do not want your cat or can not take care of it prpperly please take your cat to the SPCA or animals shelter.

Keep it! My lil black cat always gives a look to kill. Your cat might come in handy someday , people tend to feel awkward around mean/evil cats, and unwanted company may not visit as often!
