A child will be an combination of the all light skin color genes of one parent and the all dark skin color genes of the other parent. (Pigment-producing skin color genes may vary in potency which explains the reason several offspring of a white and a black may differ slightly in shade from one another.) This child is considered to be mulatto

When a white and a mulatto of any degree mate, the situation is different. The light skin color genes from the white parent and the light and dark skin color genes from the mulatto parent can combine in any combination. There are at least three pairs of genes at work in skin color inheritance so many combinations are possible.
as long as one parent is white and is contributing light skin color genes, the child will always be lighter in color than the other mulatto parent whether dark or light-complexioned.

I THINK THE BABY WILL BE BEAUTIFUL. My niece is white and Mexican. Her skin color is about the same as her dads(Who is 100% Mexican-Born in Mexico and moved the US 4 years ago). but you can tell she has the white in her too. And she is the cutest little thing I've ever seen. She's like a mix of Dora The Explorer and a beautiful White Princess. Beautiful Blue eyes, long full dark hair, long beautiful eyelashes and her complexion looks just like her Dads. Kinda like an awesome tan. Shes only 2 years old now and shes going to be a heart-breaker.

But either way your child will be BEAUTIFUL

truly you received't comprehend til the child is born. I somewhat have a darker complexion for a white man or woman. My husband is an fairly darkish skinned black guy. we've 2 sons. The oldest is amazingly carmel colored at the same time as the youngest is a concepts darker. notwithstanding at the same time as they were born, neither of them had any coloration. My wager for you would possibly want to be that your infant will be a astonishing blend of the both one in each and every of you and could be cute. congrats!!!!

Wow, sounds like you're gonna have a beautiful baby!! =D

I have a fair-skinned, blonde friend whose hubby is a very dark-skinned black man.

Their little boy has these gorgeous blond curls (curly like his mom's hair, not like his dad's), and blue eyes, with his dad's bone structure and just a HINT of "tan" in his skin. He is the most gorgeous boy...

I'm sure (from what I've seen of him) that his skin will get darker with age. But I'm also pretty sure he's gonna keep those blue eyes and that hair. (At least until he's in school, anyway.) A real heartbreaker.

I'm sure your baby will be, too! =D

Your baby won't be that dark,he's gonna have some color to him though. He will be gorgeous, don't worry for all you know he could come out light-skinned.I'm dark my daughters father is brown-skinned carmel, but our little girl is in between and looks exactly like her fathers double.Except she's a girl everything else the same.

You will have to wait to find out! My husband is mixed black and white, and I am white. Our first son was born with brown hair and blue eyes and was fairly dark skinned. At about 6 months, his hair started getting curly and turned blonde, and his eyes are now gray/green. Our second son, was born with black hair and black eyes, and has curly hair and is darked skinned than my husband. So, prepared to be surprised!

if the father is dark, the child has a high chance of being dark. i work with a full blooded black girl, who is married to a white man. and there baby is light skinned, like tan. and he is beautiful.

The baby might come out light skinned or even browned skin, but to say dark skinned, ummm I seriously doubt it unless his whole entire family is dark.

He wont be very dark. He will most likely look hispanic colored, but he may have some features of the black side.
