It depends on a few things. First of all, how did your friend do this drug? If they snorted it, then it will stay in the system a lot longer than say if they injected or smoked it.
Second, how much did they do? Was it one time or was it all day or night?
If it was just once and they snorted it then they will probably pass the test.
You should also consider other factors here like were any other drugs involved, like downs of any kind, because if so, the coke will linger in the body longer. Same if alcohol was consumed.
How big or small is this person? How fast is their metabolism?
Do they eat well? Do they drink a lot of fluids and I don't mean alcohol?
Another thing is how cheap or how expensive is the urine test itself?
And last but not least, how good was the cocaine? Dirty cocaine can stay in your system a while, whereas clean cocaine will usually pass through the system quickly, depending, of course, on how it was used in the first place.
I'm sure this raises even more questions in your mind, but these are things that need to be factored in when giving an answer about any drug, legal or illegal.

Lesson learned: Don't do coke when you have drug testing coming up. Did he ride the little bus to the party?

should pass it. it only stays in your system for 24-72 hours if it's a urine test. unless they are the coke master and took 5 balls to the head on one night.

Doubt it. What kind of test did he take? If Urine, there is a slight possibility. If hair sample, he failed big time. I don't really remember how long it needs to be for urine, but a hair sample unless he's bald, can show all drug activity for the last month.

Depends on how much he did, how his hygiene is, & his level of physical acitivity during that time...
generally, I'd say yes. If it's a urine test, He'll pass.
Cocaine & methamphetamine usually don't leave urine traces past 96 hours ( 4 days )
Tell him to get off the blow.

Failed, not enough time to go through his system. It takes a little over a week for the human body to "wash" anything completly out.
