To starve yourself. DONT. Its not healthy or safe. You should be aiming to loose 2 pounds max per week. Trust me, if there was a way of loosing that much in that time span safely, i'd be on it.

You are biting off more than you can chew.
4 days is not possible unless you starve urself and go to extreme measres which is not good for ur body
Id say, 1-2 weeks is a better deadline
Do cardio and stay on a diet eating healthy foods.
eat fruits and protein which will make u feel fuller.
eat slower and drink while ur eating to make u body seem like its had enough
use light weights to tone ur body, do it at a slow pace/motion
so that u willl burn alota fat.
stay on diet, cardio, some weight training ( dumbells work fine search google for exercises )

Not anything near impossible and it doesn't really matter what you eat. Wrestlers and boxers do it all the time. Just workout or sleep in a garbage bag. You can lose 4 lbs. of water weight in one day.

It's impossible and very unhealthy to lose weight quickly. Even if you lost that much in a week, you would more than likely gain it right back because you lost it so quickly.

me and a few friends done this i lost 4lb my other 2 friends lost 5lb only a quick fix diet tho but then eat healthy and it will stay off x

healthy and physically you cant...
the unheathly way, which could lead to a serious emergency, is to fast and throw up all the time...which would be impossible since you are fasting..
so,logically, its not possible

work out in the sun... mow the lawn, run, just do stuff outside where u sweat alot... its mostly water thats in your system right now... so u'd cut weight faster... but it aint gonna be easy..
