If you change foods right now then it will be hard for you to establish if worms are really the problem because new foods can cause stomach upsets with the kittens.
This is not something you should wait two weeks to take care of. Call the vet office and explain about the vomiting. Insist they see the kittens by Monday or let you pick up some round worm medication for them. The office might be open tomorrow morning and you could run by and get the pills they need.

Kittens are great additions to ur home! but as far as the vomiting and the lack of eating it could be a few different things! it could be their just dehydrated and need to get more fluids in their systems! If u have just recently got them they could of had an illness or a cold from their previous home! it could also be that they just need to settle in to the changes!it could also be from worms or a parasite as the previous ppl. said! my advice choose a food they like and keep it! dont give them too much can food a day because that can lead to tooth rot! But ur taking them to vet , thats very good so u can get them up to date on shots and vaccines! : ) so far it sounds like ur doing a great job! if they continue to have problems contact ur vet again! if u need any help w/ anything else u can contact me at cobleskilllover@yahoo.com!
P.S. I work @ a shelter and i really appreciate u opening ur home to not only one but two kittens! Good Luck!

You should be able to get an appointment at a vet sooner than 2 weeks. You can try a small amount of tuna to see if they will eat. If they are drinking more they might have a fever or infection needing treatment. Check their stools for anything unusual.

Why do you have to wait 2 weeks to go to the vet, if I have to wait that long for an appointment, I would look for another vet. Most vets can see the animal the same day.
Make an appointment as soon as you can. there can be all kinds of things that makes them sick.
Good luck!

Don't change their food to much....Let them accustom their bodies and their stomach to new foods. I suggest kitten food, as they are kittens and it is balance to provide what they need. Don't worry about their litter. To cats, it's just instinct to go there, they don't need roses and sweet smells (we do). Some of those products are actually not healthy for a new kitten to use, so I suggest just regular old kitty litter. Don't worry to much, your kittens are adjusting to a new life, new food and new environment. Even we would get a little upset.

make sure you feed them only small amounts at a time 4 to 5 times a day. They also may be too young for adult food - so mix the wet food with formula - eventually weening them from it. Also get them checked for leukemia asap - my relative has a kitty that has it and it too can't eat much at a time...Best of luck....

Try them on a small amount of baby food.... I would bring forward your appointment with the vets if they continue to puke. They could have worms...... but best get a vets opinion.

switching foods can upset their little tummy's. Sometimes there are no early signs of an animal being sick. Internal Parasites don't always make their presence known until it's almost too late to do anything, I'd call my Vet and try to get in earlier. Be sure to have them tested for FIP, Feline Leukemia and Heartworm disease, fecal included.

why wait for 2 weeks for a vet visit. there are many vets around. look in the phone book and start calling for a closer visit. can't tell if the kittens are sick or not by what you said but be safe not sorry. if they are sick it will cost more if you wait that long.
