If you can't locate the finacial institution then I would refrain from purchasing it! You're going to get the short end of the stick if you know what I mean!

Go to your local County Clerks Office where you license the motorcycle and/or vehicle. They can look all that info up for you there. You may even want to ask them to do a title search for you.

Release must be filed with county court house.County Clerks Office.
