buy smoothies made out of fruit, they taste good and 1 glass a day normally includes the 5 portions of fruit and veg a day that your supposed to get (depending on the smoothie you get of course, read the label and avoid the ones with added sugar)
strawberry and banana smoothie is my fave mmmm

You could buy a juice machine and then make juice which is alot easier to eat and it taste quite good.

You must make it a habit of eating fruits. Most important u must find a fruit that you like to eat. Me myself i like nectarines, watermelons, etc

not so much into apples and bananas

but yeah find fruits that you enjoy and i suggest eating brocolli with ranch it taste really good and also carrots too and celery

make it a habit, i think after uve done it for 21 days it becomes a habit.

You just gotta have some self control. I say eat it as a snack whenever u feell hungry because fruits and proteins fill u up quick

good luck

healthy eating is about blanaced eating.

I say don't deprive yourself of anything, but equally don't go mental. You don't have to eat fruit and veg to be healthy... perhaps you just aren't eating them in the best way for you. Like maybe if you cut all the veg up and blended it into a soup... or throw it into a wok and had it with sweet and sour sauce.

I reckon though, if you don't love eating healthy perhaps you could do a small amount of exercise?

Unfortunately you can't eat healthily if you don't eat fruit and veg. Try buying frozen veg - most of the vitamins are retained, and that way you don't have to throw them out.

If you aren't into fruits and veggies, you have other options, no worries. It sounds like you want something that won't spoil as fast...so try fat free frozen yogurt to snack on (great source of calcium, low in calories) or whole grain pretzels. If you do like fruit though and you're just worried about throwing them out because they go bad fast, try dried fruit! Dried fruit in my opinion is more fun to eat anyway because It's sooo good...it's like eating candy but it's healthy for you!

i don't know your age and weather you work and go to school...there is an alternative for not taking fruits or veggies. Take some good supplements. Fruits nowadays don't have vitamins, they all produced to be sold from supermarket and have low level vitamins. Veggies-when you cook them you cook out all vitamins anyway. If you steam broccoli for example you lose 80% of vitamins in it. Take supplements...if you are serious about your health write me on smallangelika@yahoo.co.uk

Cut them in bits. Like, if you have a whole apple it seems kinda daunting and you're less likly to embark on such a big endeavor.

Cut them small and have them in front og you and you'll see that in a couple of days you won't be able to live without those little juicy bites.

Take a course to learn how to prepare veggies. A plain pile of veggies is not fun, but served up right with herbs, seasonings, etc. can really taste fantastic!
