You need to be planted in a good local church where you are committed. Then get involved in doing whatever needs to be done and do it just to say to God that you love him. no matter how humble the job is. As you start doing things for God he will grow you, guide and direct you and use you more and more. Ask God everyday to show you what works he has for you today. The bible says that God has prepared good works for us to do before the beginning of time. He has works for you. You just need to say "OK God use me today to bless someone else. Guide me and give me the right words for others".

If you attend Church see what services you can volunteer in the community. Or volunteer your services at a hostile, youth centre, hospital, nursing home, police services, school.

Offer someone you know free babysitting for a night.

Try to generate funds for a local charity or cause.

Our church twice a year advertises for gently used clothing from the congregation. Then we advertise in the community and people can come and get free clothing; they are welcome to bring some of their unused clothing and trade.

My corporate office does the same with business attire for women and then it is donated to women's shelters in the area for women who are trying to get started on their own and help them have suitable clothing for job interviews or working in an office environment.

Book drive for charity?

good luck

Just think about giving people happiness or hope. If you see a guy on the street asking for change, put yourself in his shoes and ask yourself what would a quarter mean to you in that situation. Or simply talk to people, make them feel good. Spread the love. That's what is important, making people happy. Even if it is just for one second.

Keep being a good person and helping others. Make the world a better place than it was before you got here.

But PLEASE leave the ministering out of it! You can make a difference without hammering your faith down people's throats.

Stay away from them and let them continue living their lives without foolish myths to mess up their world. Everything Christianity touches it destroys.

The Meaning of Life is the answer to this question:

God, what is Your purpose of Existence?

For God's purpose of Existence itself defines the purpose of all that exists.

I asked God that question...

God answered, "My purpose of Existence is To give life. Since you are made in My image after My likeness, then YOUR purpose of existence is to give life."

Everything that exists is an expression of God's thinking; thus, everything reflects God's thinking.

God gives life by His unique existence, and receives life when He gives life. All of existence gives life by its unique existence to that which receives life from its unique existence. This is Nature - the union of all living (eternal) things.

You are here to give life by your unique existence to that which receives life from your unique existence. So do what you love that nourishes those who love what you love.

Thus, "The Meaning of Life" is to give life.

This is your purpose.

To give life.

study and gain as much wisdom and knowledge as you can. then teach the wisdom and knowledge gained to others so this will not be forgotten. hopefully this wisdom and knowledge you have taught will leave this plane of existence a little better than when you came into it.

Help those in need of help; BUT DON'T HINDER THEM!!

Don't tell them that they are "going to Hell" because they are doing something that you disapprove of. Try to be understanding of them also.
