Maybe they mixed up there french and were trying to tell you that they love you but they better go now. Hope this helps!

i have no idea but it looks like it vietnamese....try a viet dictionary. (if its not in there then...i guess its not viet. BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IT! lol)
