its how you cooked them..the water has to be boiling hot and you shouldnt overcook them..what kind do you have?

You are cooking them foir too long, and need to add a little oil to the boiling water just before the noodles.

Rice noodles are done in about 1 or 2 minutes. Also, don't stir them while they cook - this makes them starchy and sticky

Are they store bought? Maybe you're over cooking them.

try cooking them less,
and or adding salt or oil to the water they are cooking in.
