How do you locate a perosn who was in the Marine corp and moved awayand is no longer on active duty?

I am looking for someone who was in the Mrines in the late 90's and is no longer on active duty. any ideas on where to start looking I would appreciate I ahve tried general search engines such as yahoo and what not.

Ask the administrative officer of the Marines Corps since his last address and contact numbers are in their file.

Try goggling Marine Corp and you should find a couple of places where former Marines go to find old buddies.
