Would like to find/receive a recipe for no-bake cheesecake using packets of unflavored gelatin. Any/All help greatly appreciated.

EASY ELEGANT NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE
Categories: Cheesecakes, Chocolate, Desserts
Yield: 16 servings

CRUST
1 1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c Butter -- melted
2 tb Sugar
CHEESECAKE
1 Envelope gelatin
2/3 c Water
16 oz Cream cheese -- softened
12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips --
Melted and cooled
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
1 c Whipping cream -- whipped

For Crust:
Mix crumbs, butter and sugar together in 9-inch
springform pan; press firmly
onto bottom.

For Cheesecake:
Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan. Let
stand for 1 min. Stir over low heat just until
gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat.

Beat cream cheese with chocolate in large mixer bowl
until fluffy. Gradually
beat in condensed milk. Stir in gelatin mixture.
fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan.

Chill about 3 hours or until set.

It's-A-Snap Cheesecake (no-bake)
Source: Knox Gelatin
Yield: 8 servings

1 Envelope unflavored Knox gelatin
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Boiling water
2 pkg (8 oz ea) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Vanilla (opt)
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

In a large bowl, mix the unflavored gelatin and sugar; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Pour into prepared crust; chill until firm, about 2 hours. Top, if desired, with fresh or canned fruit.

Variations:

Marbled Cheesecake: Before chilling, marble in 1/3 cup chocolate fudge, butterscotch, or your favorite flavor ice cream topping.

Lemon or Almond Cheesecake: Substitute 1/2 to 3/4 tsp lemon or almond extract for vanilla extract.

Fruit 'n' Creamy Cheesecake: Chill cheesecake for 10 minutes, then swirl in 1/3 cup strawberry or raspberry preserves.

Sunshine Cheesecake: Substitute 1/2 tsp orange extract for vanilla extract and add 1 tsp grated orange rind.

heres a great and loved recipe
have 2 bars of cream cheese philadelphia cream cheese preferribly
one container of cool whip
2 cups of sugar
and then mix with a mixer on high till well mixed and smooth
put into an already made graham cracker crust or even make your own by crushing graham crackers and put it on the bottom of a pan and then add mixture on top of the crust and let sit in fridge for 4 hours then when ready to serve add a can of cherries on top the compote type and its done so good and creamy
