She's 2 years younger than me, but we've been friends for about 5 years. Her mom kinda married into the family, but she's definately not of blood relation. We've really gotten closer since we're both in high school now, and we spend a fair amount of time together. She's really cute, too. It drives me crazy the way she runs around the house in her night shirt.
Should I tell this girl I like her ?

If she is your stepsister, which sound like she is, then NO NO NO. I am sure her mom and your dad would not approve.

time wait for no man, it better now than later. the longer you wait, the sooner she will be into someone else arm. Sometimes best friend make the best relationship. I will give it a chance if you shy send it by card and flowers.

If you feel comfortable dating someone who lives with you, my advice would be 2 go ahead. But be careful, she could not feel the same about you and things could be forever awkward between u guys.
