Common urban myth. Rarely if ever happens. Births on board an airplane, that is. Most airlines prohibit pregnant women from flying past the 2nd trimester. And most airlines require pregnant women to show proof of how far along they are in their pregnancy. And most will not allow a pregnant woman to depart if the scheduled return flight is into the 3rd trimester.
