The pressure from the showerhead makes the water go right in and gives the same results like an enema. Can I damage anything by doing this? I do it regularly and have not noticed anything weird or had any pain. Just want to be sure its not bad for the insides and if I may damage something without realizing....Thanks

I would suggest just buying an enema bag instead of trying to do it yourself. Don't buy the kind that has saline or anything, as it might be harmful to your inner lining. just fill the bag up with nice warm water. You would run the risk of injuring yourself more if you use a showerhead than you would if you used a enema because its MEANT to clean your bum out.
