Beer o'clock is not always 5pm. It is whenever the working day ends and everyone heads for the pub.
Sometimes beer o'clock can be 24 hours a day, lol.

Hey John G, don't forget S.H.I.T day!

it means that its time to have a beer! we finish work at 5PM and then go and do our own thing which on a friday night means going to the pub or somewhere with mates or partner, have a beer, meal etc

hope this helps.
