What's your stand on interracial dating?
My friend thinks I'm 'prejudiced' because I told her I'm attracted to caucasian men. ( I think that's pure B.S., it's not like I said I'm attracted to clown fish, we are all humans after all.) (maybe i'm prejudiced for liking tall guys over shorter ones) Personally I don't have a race preference, what about you?

which bible are you reading?

well you should like someone for who they are and not what they look like. I just thought i'd ask about different people's stand on that topic since it's fresh on my mind. My bestfriend was telling me that I'm crazy to think that a white guy would like me because I'm black (again B.S. i've had white guys attracted to me) (at least I know now what I can't say to her.)

Thank you for asking this question, for I often feel that not many african-american women are attracted to men outside their race. (or they just don't show it). Of coarse its not wrong for you to be attracted towards any men of any race. Your friend needs to look up the correct defintion of prejudice.

As for the ignorant comment made by Allie: The bible speaks out against RELIGIOUSLY different nations dating not RACIALLY different nations dating. Go read the bible again and try not to be so ignorant.

There is nothing wrong with having preference and there is definitely nothing wrong with interracial dating. So you're attracted to white men, no big deal. I was attracted more so to white men than black even though I had dated both, and now I am married to a white man. I wouldn't say you were prejudiced unless you specifically stated that you would never give a person a chance simply because they were a different skin color or of a different cultural background. Don't mind what your friend is saying just express to her that you like what you like.

I've been called prejudiced because I have a definite preference for white men. I know this because I have dated black men as well as white men. I'm simply more comfortable with white men, maybe it's a cultural thing.

But there's nothing at all wrong with dating someone of a different shade or color and if I met a man who intrigued me, and attracted me it wouldn't matter in the end what color he is.

Personal preferences are NORMAL. I'm an old fat chick, but thank God there are men who like women like me. I'd never hold it against a man because he wasn't attracted to me, but I'd MUCH prefer to spend my time with people who are attracted to me, wouldn't everyone?

First, Allie is of course reading the very popular Aryan bible for Dummies.

Second, there's nothing wrong with interracial dating. And you are not prejudice because you are attracted to white guys, your friend probably doesn't really understand the meaning of the word and is just uncomfortable with dating outside of her race.

in case you extremely like a individual, colour or nationality shouldn't get in the way. however the lower back, interracial relationship could be a topic by way of kin. some kin could criticize on your selection of relationship. My view: My view would not rely, interracial relationship could desire to be considered by using the folk in the dating, not the onseers.
