I always get combination gifts. Get her something she needs and something she would just absolutely adore. Maybe a cook book and a cute hangbag. A gift card to the salon or spa and some jewelry.

Depends on the type of girl she is. If she's the sporty type, center a romantic flowers, poem, etc. around a sport she likes. If she's outdoorsy, do a special picnic in the woods or something. The best thing you can do is make it complex. Riddles and treasure hunts are great. If you do a treasure hunt, you could have a bunch of simple little gifts-like jewellry-but it's a lot more special that way. Then have a big surprise like an incredibly romantic and creative dinner at the end.

Give her a night on the town (nice dinner and a movie), then write her a love poem and tell it to her while you are sitting in a romantic setting (on the lake under a full moon, in a field of flowers, etc.). End
the night with a simple kiss (NOTHING ELSE), and tell her "You are so beautiful, that I am only worthy of a simple kiss from you".

You want to look for something that she is really into. Figure out what she really likes and find her the most unique present having to do with that.
