A kiss on the forehead is a sweet, innocent way of saying he cares about you and you matter to him. There is a gallant, protective meaning behind a forehead kiss - but that doesn't necessarily mean it is romantic. However, if it was "at a party" it is likely he has romantic intentions, and is working his courage up slowly. A forehead kiss is a good way to show someone you care without coming on too strong - it is caring and respectful.

It depends, with some guys it means I really want to kiss your lips but I cant, or I'm too shy.
Whereas with some guys it means I think your cute, your a lovely girl, and a lovely FRIEND. Talk to him, or kiss him, either will get you the info you need. Good luck with him.

a forehead kiss is ussualy very platonic so yea dont get ur hopes too high...cheek kiss is mostly a more appropriate "i like u kiss"
and if ut hink he likes ..maybe he does..try n see..kiss d lips

Means he likes you but isn't sure how you would react. He is playing it safe and waiting to see your response. You can "escalate" it by giving him a kiss on the cheek.

if he kissed you on the forehead then he likes you. but the bad thing is he can be afraid to kiss you on the cheek or lips.so don't except anything.
