Wow -- I'm glad you've picked someone SMART. That's important. In fact, smart and funny are a great combo, and sweet and cute makes him even better. I say go for it, but be careful. It is a bit of an age difference (but not insurmountable). Be sure to stay on the straight-and-narrow -- if he and you start fooling around, it's considered statutory rape (even if you were willing, the law says you're not old enough to consent).
And don't let your grades slip! No guy is worth bad grades!

For now, try dating guys that are more your age. At this age two years age difference is significant. Later on when he's 22 & you are 20, then it won't matter as much, & by then you'll not find it necessary to ask what to do on Yahoo Answers.

Go for him! i mean i dated a guy younger than me and it was tragic, his firends got to him, and broke us up, they did this because they 1. didnt like me at all 2. they were jelouse and 3. they controled him completly. and to this day it sucks, they had him cheat on me and then dump me! 2 weeks ago. but yours i have a goodtfeeling witll work pretty good cuz 2 yrs is nothing!
