i was really anxious and tense. i'd wanted to drive for quite some time, but it turned out harder than i thought. first thoughts were "omg how'm i ever going to be able to drive like others do" but then as time goes by, things quickly improve and you're getting more and more confident! good luck

Like a million dollars, but everyone has a different feeling. My sister did not even want to learn to drive she was terrified. She was 21 before she ever moved a car in the driveway.

The first time I drove I was fine, but when I was taking behind the wheel, I had to drive on the interstate with like thirty mph wind, thunderstorms, the works, and a huge big old truck pulled right out in front of me. I pulled over and told the instructor to drive, I refused to kill both of us that day, lol. He asked me what I would do if I had been by myself and I told him I would pull over like I just did and call my dad, lol. I still passed, and I still hate to drive in the rain.

I was ready to race! I learned with my grandpa. He let me drive the car around a school twice to get the feel of it - the third time, I was really movin!
I love to drive!

Sick. I had the flu and had to pull over to puke. I learned though, and then the instructor spent the next ten years telling new students about me puking. Made for an interesting friendship between us. He was the best!

Nervous as hell. I didnt even want to learn how to drive lol. I didnt get my license until I was 18. I'm glad I have it now, but I was definitelt scared to death back then.

i felt like i was driving too slow, but a little nervous about going faster...after a few days of practice with Dad...I had to be told to slow down

i almost ran over my freinds little bro. he just stood there like a deer in the headlights. other than that i loved it! and i was speeding alot cuz i mixed up the tach and the speedomiter.
